Sorry to make a long post, but here's my solution to the missing letters. The ones that I added are in red. The rest should be exactly from CuRoi's transcription. Hopefully I didn't miss any letters.

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which ...

Mystery solved! I found the original painting that the chalice comes from. It's by Sebastiano Conca, an Italian painter. It was done in 1746. It is called "Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane". As I suspected, it portrays Christ being visited by an angel prior to his arrest and crucifixion, right ...

I found a painting called "Agony in the Garden" that has a chalice in a similar position, but it isn't an exact match. It is from a bible scene involving an angel offering the cup to Jesus (maybe takes place just after the last supper). A google search revealed that it is actually a popular subject ...

I came up with:

ELEVEN DAYS UNTIL MY FATE,
As voices coin I Whisper date

But it still sounds a little off, in terms of grammar.

Another take on line 4:
CEDE IF NIL NOS / A CEDE RIPOSTS SO
=
So parse its code in soil fenced
OR
So parse its code in solid fence

I don't think that's right, but I think we should at least consider both endings "in soil fenced" and "in solid fence". Depending how you split the line, it could also ...

possible reading of last line

DA NOYERS OH OU DAB KIL POOL OR
can be made into
DANIEL HAS YOUR POOR OLD BOOK
Probably not quite right still. But it could be made to rhyme with the line before it if we rearrange
BEA EPHORE VU ELEVON YUKO OR,
into
UP HERE ABOVE YOU NEVER LOOK
Just some possibilities.

if it is a poem...

And the first line is "Tell me Tell me Tell me the answer", the second line:
GIBOYE THE LI WU CA CREEK GIRL SNOW.
could end with the word
CANCER
with the letters
GIBOYETHELIWUEKGIRLSOW
left over. I haven't been able to narrow down anything else with those letters, though. Too many possibilities. I ...
