I don't think Cat was saying that Bree was one of the bad guys. Lucy just might be working with an organization that takes people out of cults and "un-brain washes" them. There are organizations like that (saw it on Dr. Phil ), but i can't name one off the top of my head.

A couple people in here have mentioned this already, and i'll say it again cause i think it's important : kelrast is an anagram for stalker. Doesn't anyone care? I mean, Cassie is in contact with Frank, someone is stalking Bree... c'mon now
