I seems like the 'come and get it' at the end of the posts are two voices, a man and a womans. If the rate is set to 34000Hz you can hear both ... maybe Cassie (womans) and Franks (mans) voices?

That makes sense, just like in Revelation 1, what we thought was just an effect was actually both ...
