If the "doe-eyed moppet" is Cassie, who is her only friend? If CiW Cassie is the same Cassie mentioned in LG15 - "you will defend" refers to Bree; it could mean Frank, but I am not so sure he would be considered a friend.

I agree that "FRANK IS WORKING" means that the decoders have done what they were supposed to do (I can't claim to have any part in the anagram stuff). Cassie is by definition cryptic, so FRANK IS WORKING seems like a way to say 1) "the clues worked" and 2) "watch Frank's blog for clues" while ...

Yeah that was me with the mistaken morse - the generator I was using was telling me that, not the morse itself. My bad. I tried to fix it as fast as possible. The morse still points to the latest image, and everyone already knows about it.
