Two thoughts, neither of which may be helpful:

1. Has anyone tried running these letters, combined with the nonsense letters from Frank's "Private Thoughts" through an anagram generator?

2. Just looking at the letters in the order they've been listed here, I can see a rudimentary sentence, with ...
