Has anyone considered that perhaps Bree "lost" two years due to something traumatic? Maybe she was in Daniel's class and she's actually two years older, but got "confused".

I just had a thought about that. Say she is 18, and she did lose two years of her life, but as Cassie, not Bree. But ...
