Those jumbled-up letters I think spell "OPAPHID" but some of them (maybe all?) are upside-down. At the left you see the upside down A, the O is on the right, and D & P are in the middle ... I think the H is on the left next to the A. If that's the case, I don't think it means anything really.

And regardless of what we all think we see in the backseat (I think I see a woman with binoculars - the way her hand is curved ...

just my 2 cents - that's definitely a stuffed animal eye. i think so at least. the blue doesn't look quite as bright as the shark, but maybe it's just there to confirm that they did put a tracking device in one of bree's animals. so they can find her at jonas's, even if jonas himself isn't the bad ...

I thought the "Tag You're It" shot was from the Golden Gate drop? Wasn't that American Flag next to a fountain there? Or am I just really confused?
