If they don't trust Jonas, this part of the plot is going to go ooonnn and oonnn indefinitely. No thank you.

Also, if Jonas is part of the Order, it means that the Order knows about the lonelygirl15 videos. Which means she'd have to stop making them. Which makes this all a moot point. Ditto with ...

If Gemma's in the order, that means the Order knows about Bree's lonelygirl15 videos. Which means she needs to stop making them. Which means this entire drama is a moot point.
