I can't see a snake, but the dress and instrument seem consistent with other images of snake charmers.

It also may be a comment on Alex - manipulative? Able to lull dangerous Beasts?

It could explain why Jonas' cousin (Toby?) seemed to act a little strange when telling Daniel that he had not seen Jonas since the funeral.

If Alex was Order, and knew his parents were alive, it is enitirely plausible that other cousins, also order, knew his parents were alive and therefore didn't ...

The fractions don't quite match up between languages. The egyptian mouth with three lines (3/4) is similar to the theta and mu figure, and those values are 8 and 12, reducing to 2/3. Almost had a perfect link, though.

My problem with the Eid theory is that it would be very difficult to control the timing of this ceremony.
