Ok, I sound like a massive n00b (which I suppose, I am) but..what is OpAphid?

I have read LGPedia but all I could really find was that it is an Alternate Reality Game..can anyone help explain this? How does it actually fit to Lonelygirl15? Also where can I watch it?
