If this is true and Bree has a ton of those Siscors was it? Then maybe the Order got ahold of some of Bree's mRNA and have already cloned her. Maybe the Bree that we see in the Hymn of One videos is actually an evil clone of Bree.mRNA is a copy of the DNA code
