Jake [Jake comes out of his dorm frowning, headphones firmly in his ears, blaring rap music as he walks towards the Courtyard. A few minutes later, he arrives, still in a fairly bad mood.]

Jake [Jake enters his dorm room and slips into his bed, quickly falling asleep.]

OOC: And now I'm gonnna do the same. G'Night, guys.

Jake [Jake sighs and stands up, beginning to head back to his dorm, not even bothering to grab the things he'd left on the other side of the pool... "I'll just go to my room, catch some Z's, and call him when I wake up. Then I'll be out of here, and done with this crazy mess." Jake nods to himself ...

Jake [Jake quickly swims a few lengths of the pool, trying to burn off all the nervous energy he'd bult up last night and during the day... As he finished swimming his latest length, he climbed up and sat on the edge of the pool, taking a breather...]

Madison : [splashes water with feet] : Well ...

Jake [Jake sits at the edge of the pool, staring out at the water. His eyes momentarily move over to where Chelsey is offering everyone beer. Since he doesn't drink, he turns his attention back to the ripples in the water... He was having trouble putting everything he'd learned in the past couple ...

Jake [Jake reaches the pool and once again ditches his shirt and flip-flops, diving into the water.]

Jake [Jake nods.]

"No problem. I think I'm gonna head back to the pool, too. I need to burn off some energy... I've been cooped up in my dorm all day."

[Jake is still wearing his swim suit, so he begins to head in the direction of the pool.]

Jake Jake shrugs.]

"There's not really a whole lot to tell. I played soccer in high school, I play the drums a lot, especially when I'm stressed. I got really into political stuff a couple of years ago, which sorta ended up getting me arrested. Several times. For stupid small stuff, though ...

Jake [Jake is unable to stop a smile from crossing his face as he shakes his head... "Evil Slurpees... I guess that's just the icing on the cake." He stops shaking his head and looks at the slurpee machine for a moment, browsing the flavors... He eventually decides on 'White Cherry'.]

"I just don ...

Jake [Jake nods...]

"So, what exactly is this 'Hymn of One' stuff? I mean, I read what I could find about it before I got here, but it didn't really explain much."

Jake [Jake gives a small chuckle.]

"Ohio. I'm from Ohio. As far as my life back there goes...? It was pretty hectic, I guess. I spent a lot of time running around, doing all kinds of things- Sports and all that kind of stuff. I didn't really leave a lot behind, though... Most of the people I knew ...

Jake [Jake nods, He always carried his wallet with him. He shakes his head as he walks up to her. He speaks in a slightly sarcastic tone...]

"One building, and it's a 7-11. Awesome. Anyway, I didn't see it on the way up here, so you're gonna have to lead the way on this one."

Jake [Jake gets to his dorm and grabs a pair of flip-flops from under his bed and slips them on. He stands up and looks at himself in the mirror... "Wow. I look like I'm about to go to the beach or something." He sighs and shakes his head... "Whatever." He heads to the door of his dorm and exits ...

Jake [Jake nods again, then swims over to the edge of the pool where he'd put his towel and his shirt. He grabs the twoel and dries off before putting the shirt back on. "That oughta do it." Jake glances himself over for a moment before his eyes land on his feet. "Damn, I gotta go grab some shoes ...
