looks promising
"Might resective epilepsy surgery, in particular anterior temporal lobectomy (ATL), have an impact on social cognition?" This quote references something called "temporal lobe epilepsy personality syndrome" This might explain the antibiotics??
maybe her parents were going to force her to have a temporal lobectomy to treat her temporal lobe epilepsy.
According to a study here http://www.emedicine.com/ped/topic2651.htm,
" Dissociation [ dissociative identity disorder] is more frequently found in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy than in any other neurologic disorder"
this supports the whole Bree= Cassie theory.

Anyway, as for the rest of the video, it's great to see Bree actually acting mature even while she retains her original personality. She can still mention the stuffed animals but remain sober and quickly say "On a more serious note...". And, hey, she acknowledged that P. Monkey's actually a puppet. This is definitely an improvement. Bree is cool again. Holy shit.
That was a good video. I'm happy with it. I hope Daniel gets back with us all soon, and I kind of feel like it's been too long since we heard anything from him, but this video all around was well done.
By the way, was there an inconsistency with Cassie? Previously Bree said that Cassie was freaked out by the religion and stopped calling. Here Bree said she stopped talking to Cassie after the caller ID incident. Is this a contradiction or does Bree just mean that after the caller ID incident Cassie was too freaked out by the religion to keep talking to her? Maybe a slip up by Jessica Rose ad libbing the scene? Or a sign of a lie?
I didn't catch that when I watched the video, but it is an inconsistency. In the earlier video, Bree clearly states that Cassie stopped coming over because she was freaked out by Bree's religion. It could be a sign that she is lying, or it may just have been a slip as you said. Hey, some pretty big budget shows have had mistakes in consistency, so it happens.

I like the track we're on but we need some kind of confirmation that we have something. I found a link but can't view the entire article.

It could also be the Cassie personality saying "I'm done with this whole Crowley, cult, commune, ceremony crap!"

Strange.
It was Daniel who didn't remember Cassie. At some point in the conversation, Bree says "I don't know," but it's not really indicating that she doesn't know. It was said the way you say I don't know when you want to change the subject or deflect the question.

I hope you were serious and not being sarcastic!

I have been wondering.... if u guys are right and bree has this split personality disorder and temporal lobe epilepsy ....that would make for an awesome storyline with some crazy-Bree action! . I believe it could really challenge Jessica as an actress and be a real make or brake situation for her acting career. This storyline has potential for excellent viewing.
Why would her father have to say: "Bree...this is your dad."? Wouldn't Bree *know* her father's voice. I realize they've been separated for a few weeks, but I think I'd remember my father's voice. If anything, I'm wondering if the Order is putting her dad up to leaving this message, in an effort to get Bree back.
Don't you just say who you are when you leave a message for somebody, though? I mean, I do. If I call one of my kids and get their voicemail, I always say, "It's Mom," before I leave my message. It's automatic.

It seems well documented that temporal lobe epileptic patients have a high incidence of personailty disorders.
There is an interesting Gerschwind Syndrome that even mentions "hyperreligiousity" as a symptom. Definitely made me think of Bree .
"It is estimated that between 30-50% of epileptics have significant psychiatric difficulties. The incidence of psychosis and mood disorders is high in this population and personality disturbance is also more common than in the general population. Epileptics are at greater risk of developing schizophrenia particularly those with temporal lobe epilepsy. Personality disturbance is also more common in the group with focal temporal lobe seizures.
