Suggestion for music in one of the videos?

Post by ...Of the Girl »

Ever since the first time I watched LG15, I thought that the Pixies' music would go well with one of the videos. Especially their song "Where is my Mind." Listen to it Here.

Anyone else think so?

Here are the lyrics:

With your feet on the air and your head on the ground
Try this trick and spin it, yeah
Your head will collapse if there's nothing in it
And you'll ask yourself

Where is my mind?
Where is my mind?
Where is my mind?
Way out in the water, see it swimming

I was swimming in the Caribbean
Animals were hiding behind the rock
Except for little fish
When they told me east is west trying to talk to me, coy koi

Where is my mind?
Where is my mind?
Where is my mind?
Way out in the water, see it swimming

With your feet on the air and your head on the ground
Try this trick and spin it, yeah
Your head will collapse if there's nothing in it
And you'll ask yourself

Where is my mind?
Where is my mind?
Where is my mind?
Way out in the water, see it swimming

With your feet on the air and your head on the ground
Try this trick and spin it, yeah
Fills it up, with his past, gets carried away
Half his life a hand me down, wasted away
He, he left it alone, drilled the pain, money to buy
Oh he chose a path, heavy the fall, quarter to four.
How he makes his getaway

They'd have to liscense the song from the pixies to do that...and perhaps pay a royalty? I'm not really sure how it works.

This is probably why they use random, obscure bands in the videos. I actually like a lot of the music they've played so far
