What exactly was the ceremony for and did they ever tell you? As for finding your parents, in the "on the run" video there was one or two specific scenes when Daniel got a shot of the licence plate on the car for a second. It might take a little while, but you can try to get a photo of those scenes in the video, then all you'd have to do is zoom in and enhance the photo to get a clear shot of the car's licence number. If you get a photo from when Daniel zoomed in and got a shot of the hood, then you could try to see what kind of car it was. If you can't see what type of car it is, then you could always use a code to send Daniel the licence number and have him check out the car dealers in the area and find which one sold that car and who they sold it to. If you can find that out then you could most likely get an idea of where your parents are.

Now, this is going to sound stupid, but maybe Daniel should try staking out Lucy's house. He might be able to find out some more information on the location of your parents. Anyways, that's my suggestion.
