Man, my family is all about the risque conversations... apparently my cousin had confused one night stands that you just met at a party with f*** buddies, and my grandma started going off about how that was just a term to make bed hopping sound less scandalous

I know, I have new sheets, AND am wearing new nighties! I feel all super-decked out, with noone to share it with

And don't worry about not having the best New Years, I generally stay away from celebrating that, I just end up getting too emotional *shrug*

EDIT: And, ugh, how I loathe New Year's Eve! It's such a hokey holiday...I think it's worthless because the New Year will arrive whether I watch for it or not. What's the point of getting trashed and missing the whole night in its entirety? I'd rather get some much-needed shut eye. Is that sad?

oh, you'd love our family gatherings... it's all highly innapropriate... my grandma likes to call me a peckerhead if I beat her in cards (which is often)
