I feel like my strep throat is coming back, either that or a sinus infection, but besides all that, I guess I'm alright. ^_^

I hope you feel better though. Maybe your just tired and need to move around some more.

You're probably right... I was up until about 1:30 this morning, and haven't had any coffee or tea yet today, so that's probably it... Time to run to the office kitchen and fix a cup of Earl Grey

You should quit coffee...you'll have more energy when your not so reliant on it.

I don't drink coffee that often any more ... Probably not even once a week these days (used to be at least a pot daily)... I drink tea a little more often, but half the time it's decaf... And I've taken to drinking caffeine-free colas as well... My energy level? Unchanged... I have sleep apnea, which zaps it completely...

More and more people seem to have sleep apnea lately.

My dad has it. He has to use a breathing machine to help him sleep all night. He doesn't like to, but it actually helps him sleep.
