I wonder if "this is not a game" might not be a nod and wink to ARGers who have long suspected that the Creators are behind CiW. Of course, it could also just be Cassie playing with our heads.

Edit: NVM, Luv2Luvem beat me to it.

I'm thinking that means they may try and kill Bree.

Line 1
Between the virgin and the beast

Could this be a temporal reference to the time between the birth of Christ and the Apocolypse?

Yep, "the doed-eye pulse may cease" = Bree might be killed?

yeah, I think we need more clues to figure that out..I've heard a lot of theories about what that "between" is refering to

i think the use of "may cease" is the key to Cassie and her actions (although not spaciegirls key, that's way too cool for this game.)
because using may implies that there is a chance that the pulse won't cease, ie: no death or whatever.

And this is the point of Cassie, not a revenge-filled hateful person.

Cassie may be the good party in the whole of this, and if is an unrested spirit cannot communicate her good intentions as she is unsettled (cassie does not rest in peace).

More clues... we WERE told to wait... maybe there's nothing to be solved for now.
Do you know what foreboding means?

Maybe she'll become an undead zombie like cassie.

That's what I said earlier...do you think the whole point of this poem was basically to tell us to wait until Oct 1st?
