I made a complaint about a moderator making a violent threat against me

and here is the response from a moderator

I have a hard time believing that one of my fellow moderators would attack you unprovoked, given your past history of complaints against moderators.

As I do not follow OpA, I have not seen the original post, but I'd suggest that you quit provoking my fellow mods.

can you believe the arrogance and bias of this guy?
it would take about 1 minute to go have a look at the original thread where the threat was made, but he wont do that, instead he will just take sides with his fellow mod and start accusing me of provoking the mod.
and he locked the complaint thread to try and kill the complaint off.

I will be writing to the Creators and Admins about this disgusting display of bias and arrogance

he also said this nonsense

Also, consider that PG-13 is what The Creators have shot for here. How many times have you heard "hell" and "ass" used over the air, where the FCC is cracking down particularly hard? They definitely do not exceed the PG-13 guidelines.

My issue was not with the words 'hell' and 'ass' being used, I mentioned the use of those words to display the aggresive nature of Sad_Panda's post.

here is a re-post of my original complaint

I would like to make a complaint, regarding a threat of violence that was made against myself, it was made by the poster named 'Sad_Panda'

unprovoked, (s)he said the following to me
"So help me God, you post one more flame-bait post like that about my gurl and I'll freaking bust a cap in your ass."
the sentence was not accompanied by any smiley or laugh acronym, so (s)he wasn't being sarcastic. Futher evidence of this is the aggresive tone of the whole post, (s)he started out with "STFU", and during the post also used "hell" & "ass"

I would like an admin to reply in this thread to acknowledge that they have received my complaint, and will act upon it.

At the very least, I think 'Sad_Panda' should receive a warning regarding his/her behaviour, and that (s)he should make a public apology to me.
