in profile (at the top of the page) scroll down to Avatar control panel and put in the web address for a picture.

I was just talking to my mom. She commented about how one of the dogs always fights to be first for everything. So my dog is a part of the Firstsayer's Army.

you'll need to upload it to someplace like photobucket before you can do that

I'm good. I had a long nap after my meeting this morning. Somehow I won an MVP award at work.

They gave me a nifty duffel bag.
