I'm tired of her attitude. I have written to Daniel in two places that she needs DIRECT confrontation.. I do NOT want to see another "counter-the-whine-with-another-whine" video. That would be even worse than bringing Gemma back..

Anyway, I need to either work or nap myself.. haven't decided yet.

Half of the people asked to submit questionnaires have. Thank you. I hope to hear from everyone as soon as I can, so I can get it all compiled and brainstorm solutions.
