Wow, Mystic S.. How fascinating.. I would have LOVED to see that!!

BTW.. We had a Scottish Flag/saltire? on our wedding cake. We cut that piece out and sent it to John's grandmother. She froze it for a year and ate it on our anniversary.

We lived happily together for six years.. and then, I decided we were better off as friends.. and we still are. So we divorced and I kept his name

What's wild is that my dad got a geneology CD.. He says our family used to run back and forth between the borders of England and Scotland, stealing horses and cattle to re-sell.. very BAD!!

Well, John's family had the same history.. eerie!!

HEY! Well, let's all go then.. and sleep in his 3rd bedroom together and make a video about it!

Jess, when I think Iceland, I think of Bjork 1st (Bjork is also autistic, by the way!) I also think of the native culture (like American Indians, but way cooler!)

well he didn't do too much becuase not everyone would have understood. he did wear a traditional icelandic wedding suit though. He also had his own special homemade icelandic wedding cake. And for party favors everyone got a little card with a sybolic rune and meaning on it. Most everything else had to do with some of the wording of the vows and they did this one sybolic candle thing that was really pretty
