I think that if Tach doesn't have Daniel as of now; shes already undergoing something to get him back from Op.

Now with seeing this last video, I have a feeling that an operative lured him to good ol Oppy.

However, it could be Brother as well.

I like the idea that they had him but he got away. Then he can post a video telling what they did and said to him.

yeah! If he was apprehended I hope he got away and is trying to figure out what is up and get to a safe location. "Daniels msg of "no good" must mean something more than just that.

I think Brother saved him...

I think that in the beginning of "The End Justifys the Means" is to confirm that Tach is still in Fiji (I think thats where she is) and also symbolize that Op is watching and that whatever plan they may have will start soon, while Tach is still away...

Thus the only person who could save him is Brother

Edit to add:

It would be sweet if the ARG split now and each of us had to pick sides and it turned into a competing teams kinda thing =p'

I've been thinking alot about that. But Brother doesn't strike me as a local guy, who regualy hangs out at a bar.

If they wrote that OpAphid DID capture Daniel---it would be more than optional for all LG watchers to see the OpAphid videos and follow them. If they wrote that Tachyon saved Daniel from the order, they would still be sticking to how viewers need to be aware of Tachyon's videos---but they would need a new actress to play her.

I think a lot of these cliffhanger videos are due to their indecisiveness as to where the plot should go.

Well if he has been rescued, I'm sure he would have contacted Bree and Jonas... unless his rescuer told him not to...

But remember lately they've been trying to improve the fan base of OpAphid/Tach/Brother... by posting those videos on Gemma's account... so now we know why they needed to do that... OpAphid's video will be crucial...

I must agree. I believe they are waiting to see we THINK is going to happen, just so they can prove us wrong.
