No, I don't. However, I think it makes more sense than other theories people have thrown out there.So you think someone is sending a coded message of a phone number from Fiji without converting it to the post 2002 implementation?
By the way, just to re-word what you wrote:
Someone could be sending a phone number from Fiji (where Tachyon is) without converting it to the current implementation?
And again, I say it's more likely than those saying it might mean "Do Go On." Unlikely? Sure. But certainly not impossible.
