Maybe just a whole lotta down time...time to sit at home, exersise...do what I want to do. That helps. Going at my own pace instead of rushing around.

Baking stuff and making candy relaxes me. My husband knows that if he comes home to a multitude of baked goods and/or candies...it's been a rough day for me.

Having someone bake and make candy for me would be very relaxing. And fattening!
