Here is that waiting part slowed down. I don't hear frank...I hear something close to "Look...........her mike is waiting"? Definitely 5 syllables after "look" is what I hear.

I agree, it's clear to me. What's odd is that this sounds like a guy's voice. I had expected to hear a woman's voice.
