I don't think this is to tell us where, but who. I like the "never above you" part, but just a hint asbout the who.

Maybe at the pond drop site? After all the pond was at the base of mountin/hill/rock thingies... So maybe someone should go rock climbing? It could also be a mountin or 'area' in the park that's named after someone named Frank.

Maybe that way frank can ask us for a handle or alias or something, so that way if the clue gets jacked she can post who has it? Who knows, hehe.

I don't think there's some guy named frank literaly waiting. It's probably a type of medifore. She claimed she doesn't play cards, so we may have fallen behind, and she wants us to catch up quick to get back in the game.

People, the profile is not chaning do to Cassie. It is permently changed to "right here above you." If it is chaning back and forth, it's the server, not the user.
