How about this -

DEBUCHES NON OS - ONCE SHES BOUND

Which would make the second line:
"ONCE SHE'S BOUND, TOO LATE TO QUIT"

That might back up the Tarot card picture from the TinyURL webpage with the six pictures, the one where a woman's feet are bound.

If we're assuming that Kelrast's hint about the word number in the lines remaining the same applies to all these poems that can't work, too many words
