DEBUCHES NON OS - ONCE SHES BOUND

Which would make the second line:
"ONCE SHE'S BOUND, TOO LATE TO QUIT"
If we're assuming that Kelrast's hint about the word number in the lines remaining the same applies to all these poems that can't work, too many words
it doesn't apply to all of the poems, look at the when thread we have a lot of it solved.

DEDIE HE RHES SLIT DECEDE SHED HI SIR.
Good job, Revolute!

A Hint for everyone -

the 4th line, the part which says "HATELESS SHITS TIPL." probably has to end in "-it" to ryhme with "quit" from the end of line 3.

It's a tough one, I keep coming close to what I think will make sense, like "asleep she sits" (but that's wrong)...

Anyway, maybe that hint will help someone else better than it did for me.

maybe "HATELESS SHITS TIPL" = "athiests spells hit" or more likely "athiests hell pits" (this was said before, but i don't remember by whom)

Don't forget Kelrast's clue "divide the line, half the time." for the other poem, each line could be divided with an equal number of anagram words on each side. so, for example, the first line of this poem: HELVETE PI TRIS DA WEB HE MEL KILT should be divided 4 words and 4 words.
helvete pi tris da -- web he mel kilt

It makes solving the anagrams and coming up with less solutions much easier.
Also, the second half anagrams to: blew like them
-- at least that's all i could get.

edit: this may only work for the other poem. arg. frustrated.
