Heather, I've done that also. Sadly, I don't "swing the other way" at all!!!

What's cool is that I was diagnosed with personality disorder 10 yrs ago.. and right after that, I stopped meeting the criteria. Over the past year, I had 6 full length assessments by board certified M.D's and licensed psychologists. All six concurred that I do not have a personality disorder. Four concurred that I have autism spectrum disorder (Asperger's) instead.

I kept testing over and over due to the shock of it, since I had written a self-help program on the subject!!!

Only one clinic thought I didn't have AS. Their doctor did not have board certification. Only one psychologist thought I did not have AS. He was not a specialist in the autism spectrum area.

Wow.. think I would tell that one doctor and one clinic where to put it.

Wow. Well, I had shingles twice in my mid-thirties. As you might know, my chance of getting struck by lightning was more statistically probable than that!!

(BTW.. I'm a little bummed.. I thought I had totally finished my book, but now there is a manufacturing problem. **insert SCREAM**)

I'm going to have to go get that straightened out soon.

Are you starting to get sleepy at all?

Sorry to hear there is a problem with the manfacturing. Hope it is something easy to straighten out.

Heather, I hope you can sleep. Last night, I had 2 benadryl and 2 klonopin and still sat here on my pc for an hour afterwards. I think it stimulates me too much, and I should practice shutting it down an hour before my "bedtime." People like us need to try to keep a stable "bedtime."

It's harder for us, though!!

I hope that benadryl works soon for you.

You can take two, you know. It says so on the package.

I'm off to go and try to straighten up that problem. I hope it's nothing much.

I took 2 benadryl. That's what I normally take when I can't sleep. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Good luck getting your book straightened out.
