Uhm.. NO, Jo. No forum member may be the victim of any sort of violence. Not even spanking, I GUESS:

I think that if people do NOT like this rule, I would instead have to post a disclaimer about our forum that some people might be offended by violence and that we are not responsible for their response.

That option is also open to members of the group.

It's good to see you.

We're in the process of discussing whether I need to change the rule.

I set it up because the violence against Apo got really extreme. It was so extreme that I reacted so hard that Sim left.

If you guys want to play violence, we need to either know where to draw the line, or tell people in advance that they might be offended.

Another option: Set up a War Games/Violence/Anything Goes Forum

Then, I can move violent threads there.

I just want to work this out for the best interests of the group. When I came up with the rule, Apo said that he could see it was based on caring for the community and that he supported it.

Now, people are just teasing me about it, I guess.

I'm flexible. If this group does NOT want the rule, let me know.
