Well, I'm going to post here what I've said before-- Maybe it's less about the books that he had than the books themselves. Check you're ND, childrens, there be much work to do! (Has anyone else thought of just banging their head into the keyboard and hoping that works?) I don't really have any ideas yet, unfortunately, but you can count on hearing them if they come!

(I checked the file info, and it's pretty big. I had a thought-- what if it's the actual movie-type thing? Then we would have to wait. I mean, you know.)
I am Sasha, and you can call me that or sage

going back to "the start" i looked up brother's first video. http://www.lonelygirl15.com/lgpedia/ind ... e_Burn_Out "does he ever get the girl" could this be a reference to something in one of the books? the video discription could mean something too, but i don't know what.

After some long hard hours in the IRC chatroom, Acidfingers, surrealisticpill and I got the password cracked.

The 'from the beginning' quote refers to Edward Stratemeyer, who is the founder of the Nancy Drew novels.
Stratemeyer is an 11 letter word.

The three numbers were a bit more difficult to figure out,
but acid tried the 'haiku' sequence. 5/7/6.

Password solved. Now more work to figure out what is inside.
Nice job everyone :)
