I interpret this as saying that essence is the actualization of everything. Likewise, one of the characteristics of actions is that they effect the world around us in some way.

Just playing with the semantics, there is also a parallel drawn between existence and actions--which you could take to mean that existing without any acting is living without any potency. Without acting, you lose your essence!

God is only essence... is existence is only his essence coz he is THE essence

Existence then is that which makes essences to be, to exercise the act of existing.
