Thanks, spacie. After talking with her this morning, I'm hoping that maybe if we get some counseling, she might change her mind. But right now it's looking pretty dire.

And Sheikh Gomelez, that photo / text combination is awesome. It took me a minute to remember what INGSOC is, but only a minute.

I'm wondering though: after Winston and Julia betrayed each other, would they really have been able to kiss? It sure didn't seem that way.

But I'm just quibbling. The photo/text stand alone, and their message is dead on.

I think the person who put word and image together was commenting on the contemporary scene.
