The adjectives add an element of psychological warfare amongst the children, because they can insult the circle, confuse the circle with 'May Duck' or 'Gray Puck'

This movie seems interesting, though I usually favor Jim Carrey in silly roles. I'll probably wait for it to jump into my Netflix queue.

Right on, sistah! It seems like in every serious Jim Carrey film he has amnesia or the like. Can't someone just give him an actual acting role once, like a bad cop or something?

I was looking forward to this movie for over a month. I went to see it the day it came out and it wasn't all that great.
The premise was totally awesome. It was ruined by the cheese-factor of the detectie-y stuff (it worked in Sin City... not so much for this)

and then it was all really over explained at the end kind of like.. "if you didn't catch this half-way through... here's what was going on this whole time."

I was sadly dissapointed.

i really love jim carey in serious roles. eternal sunshine is my favorite movie.

I'm with you. I absolutely hate him in stuff like Dumb & Dumber and Ace Ventura. But in the serious roles, he's really good. I thought he was great in this movie... very dark and very "everyman". This was kinda his Shining, I thought.

It was a good movie. Not great, but enjoyable!

See, I feel the same way about Adam Sandler as I do about Jim Carrey. Sandler was funny in SNL, but over a full movie, I can't handle his kind of silly comedy. But in serious roles, he's really good. Punch Drunk Love was an awesome movie!
