Ok... I played with the brightness, contrast, sharpness, all that good stuff to see mostly if I could get the shape of P. Monkey to come out a little more. DEFINITELY a photograph. You can almost see two figures in the photograph. One of them looks a lot like a little boy. I know I see a boy, the other figure is questionable. I think it is interesting that like most attics, this one seems a litte disorganized but there is this photograph that seems to be propped up against the wall like it is on displayed and it was meant to be noticed.
edit: I realize you really can't make out the two figures now that I have it posted. I guess I was zoomed in a little closer when I had the image opened in Photoshop. I'll see if I can get a good image that shows what I see...
I think it definitely IS NOT a photograph. You can tell by the shadows the square is AT LEAST an inch thick, and photographs aren't an inch thick. I don't think it could be propped up against a wall either, because of the clear shadow on top. I think it makes the most sense to be some sort of box.
And I stared for a LONG time, and I see nothing that could be a baby boy. I think you just looked too long and tried to say it. I think there is a possibility of it being a person, but we really can't tell.

I see it as a decent possibility (and a better one than some other suggestions). I don't see it as likely, or even think that there's much (read: any) evidence for it, but it's still a better possibility than a lot of other things.
The only potential major problem with it I can see is that if he does turn out to be her brother and his parents did have a connection to the Order (either as operatives or opponents), if he didn't know about any of it and still invited Bree and Daniel into his home, then it becomes a bit hard to swallow something that convenient.
like the manga "XXX Holic" says, "there is no coincidence; only fate". perhaps he really does know a LITTLE about the Order, but is hoping Bree can help HIM. Like, what if his mom was pregnant and conveniently "lost the baby" while on yet another "vacation" and he sees Bree's about similar age...

I actually think Jonas does know something I don't think he knows much, and probably doesn't realize what he even knows. Think about the fact that Bree, Jonas, and Daniel are all still pretty young. I remember from the age of 16-20, I looked back so much at my childhood and actually began remembering things that I had repressed. I know many other people who went through this about that age too. I think Jonas has an idea that there is some kind of connection between him and the Order, but he doesn't know what. I don't think he knew much about the Order... but he knew when he saw Bree's videos that the same people who were after her had some ties with his parents.
Do we actually know how long Jonas' parents have been lost??

I played with that idea, but there is clearly no prame. There isn't a break from the edge at all, it's just FLAT.

It looks like either an outside light or the moon seen through trees, overexposing the shot.
In the beginning it shows trees and snowflakes (I have lots of videos where the snow shows up shiny like that) being reflected by either the moon or maybe a porch light.
I have been loving the last few weeks of videos. Great stuff! I can't wait to see what comes next!!!
Also, People keep asking for more videos in a day but I really like the 1 video a day. It keeps the suspense and it'll keep the story going longer too if they space the videos out more. If they started releasing a bunch of videos everyday the story would be done in a week or two. I'd rather get the story over the period of a few months because I like seeing a new video everyday.

I was thinking the same thing... Maybe there is something in common between the dissapearance of Jonas' parents and maybe the Bree's birth or something....???

And also, the fact that I work with children's pictures everyday and draw children, may have something to do with being able to tell a child's figure in a blurred photograph. As far as me looking too long... I actually saw the boy right away when Trainer posted his original screen caps. That picture makes me think of two kids running together... Now, perhaps the fact that I work in children's photography is influencing what I see... I don't know... I really didn't look that long to see what I saw...
As far as the shadow on top of the picture... it's not a very smooth shadow and I really don't think it is a shadow from the picture itself... I think that shadow is coming off of something in front of it that we cannot see.
