looking at a map.... there's a "Memorial Park" in Azusa (where Frank is), there's probably a garden there!

there's also a business there called "Enchanting Garden's"

there is also "Colorama Nursery" and "Brother's Nursery"... but I can't find if those are children's nurseries... or flower nurseries.

The picture has not yet commenced,
so depicts a rose in soil fenced.

In my mind this was a figurative image.
"The picture has not yet commenced" brings to mind "The movie hasnt started"
"so depicts a rose in soil fenced" makes me think that since the movie hasnt started all we see is the rose trapped behind a fence.

Something will happen and the rose will be free or the soil uprooted or the fence opened (at a gate) then the picture will have started and we can then go look for the drop.

Anyway that is just my way of thinking on it. Ive been reading this board so much that I cant say if it is an original thought or one brought to mind from other comments but wanted to share.

The word depicts makes me think it may refer to something like a stained glass window showing a rose (in a church?) or possibly a painting.

for what its worth, i live near a rose garden in LA proper, but im pretty positive no occultist stuff happens there except for crack deals

doe eyed moppet's only friend is perhaps Bree's monkey puppet... so this is going to sound kind of wacky but perhaps a monkey exhibit at a zoo?

Hey riding the bus today, I was thinking exactly the same thing ! It would make sense I mean. Daniel WAS Bree's only friend. Now Purple Monkey is the next in line. And who's the monkey ? Frank, as it is clearly stated on his profile. Then again, we might stretch that over too much. Does that mean we have to help Frank killing Bree aka Jessica Rose ? ........ do we actually want to do that? Please, tell me....it's a game isn't it???

The red/black picture seems to depict the ceremony.

Perhaps the guardians of the 4 watchtowers were actually called, thus fencing the rose(Bree) in a garden, the place where Daniel's video was....

When I hear "rose" and "fence" and "garden"...Rose Hills Cemetary / Rose Hills Memorial Park comes to mind. Could be a long-shot, but I decided to put it out there anyways. Rose Hills is closer to Azusa Canyon (first drop) than it is to La Cienaga Park (second drop).

Someone needs to get to this cemitery and see if there is a grave stone anywhere with a challice on it. That would tie everything about that line together... the garder/cemitery, the rose in the soil which could be in front of a grave-stone with a picture of a challice/cup. Maybe it is a clue or drop?
