I think the 1st two lines are the clue:

Eye be Mirror -~ OBEY MERRIER
Lips of Rush ~ FLOUR SHIPS
Violets Asleep = PLEASE SOLVE IT

Merrier Flour = Mayflower?

I am just doing a play on words, here. Maybe it was mis-spelled purposely.
Its probably a stretch.

The second line is "Lips Oft Rush"

all I am coming up with so far is "for shut lips"

In the video we have a likely anagram.

eye be mirror - OBEY MERRIER
lips of rush
violets asleep

Any takers?
Is the 1st problem that we are supposed to solve on the video? The link to Problem on the HSA site is gone.
I'm poking at it, but I've proven to be awful at these things.

also, in case it's not showing up for someone:
REGISTRATION VIDEO (Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJvUT3c9l4U )

Problem: from video (clues: line illustrates that donne died smiling; hubris of the unknown power is misplaced.)

Solution: 1. _ _ _ _

2. _ _ _ _ _ _

3. _ _ _ _

4. and _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ men

You should look for the correct words. The first letter of the unknown word will allow you to proceed.

This experience will be like no other. Be patient. You cannot just join up with HSA. There are steps.

Study up. Have your words ready.

Where did you get the problem outline from? Are the number of dashes = to the number of letters in the expected words?

The site was updated.
1. _ _ _ _

2. _ _ _ _ _ _

3. kings

4. and _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ men
I think you solved it! Nice work!

Here's a link to Donne's poem where that line was used.
