can't wait to her daniel's response to this kiss. I'm glad that they finally kissed-i think they would make a great couple. Wonder what mom & dad will say if they find out. I don't think they should have sex-she's to innocent/pure/good for that. Or at least they should date for a bit. I don't think these videos are supposed to be rated R but more pg-13. Mostly teens watch it i think.
Bree doing it with Daniel (which I CAN'T imagine the producers springing on us ever) would be about as shattering as the time Rory lost her virginity with a cheating married Dean. Suddenly her wonderful innocene was gone. Terrible move.

I still think Rory wouldn't have done that. My wife, more of a Gilmorologist than I am, disagrees, though...HyeMew wrote:Bree doing it with Daniel (which I CAN'T imagine the producers springing on us ever) would be about as shattering as the time Rory lost her virginity with a cheating married Dean. The kissing site is just bizarre. Kissing comes naturally to people so you shouldn't have to look up how to do it. Turning your head to the right is just a natural reaction when a boy is zooming into your face with his mouth. But the way Bree describes it seems like she was REAAAAAAALLLLY not ready for a kiss.

Okay, going to expose just how much of a nerd I was "back in the day."
Before I had my first kiss I TOTALLY read up on things about kissing. I was (and still am) a really curious person and read up on everything that seemed like it would have some sort of importance for me. So, her doing that doesn't shock me. Would have been more surprised if she, being the curious little bugger she is, would have reacted like "yeah, it happened, so that's what kissing is, end of story."
FuturePeter is my make believe boyfriend.

I thought her looking it up was very in character.

I suppose if I actually had a boyfriend before my first kiss I may have started looking stuff up. But I thought I was never going to be kissed and then when I did it was a completely spur of the moment thing (I had met the guy like half an hour before) and he was 8 years older so that accounts for it coming more naturally, I guess.
But still, even if she didn't know anything about kissing, I'm surprised that her first kiss with Daniel would have turned out so poorly. You'd think she would have at least liked it!

jill2009,
I bet she did like it. But Bree seems the kind of person who might feel awkward and neuotic after something so personal and new. I know I am.
And I also bet dollars to donuts that she went to research-mode because it is like a comfort blankey to her. Books are like chicken soup to us nerds.
Warm and fuzzy, and something you can control.
