I figure the words at the bottom of the picture with the compass are crossed out for a reason. i also believe this looks like an article of some sort if someone has seen it before we could probably find whats missing there.

i haven't listened to the audio yet, because i dont want to freak myself out, but that's pretty freakin hilarious if it is.. i am wearing my michael meyers shirt right as we speak.

i found a web site with clown paintings and i'm pretty sure they're painted by the same artist who painted frank's painting cuz they have the same style but i can't figure out which one and the series of the painting is called "circus clown"...

This is the artist. The other painting found is likely to be from the same artist. I'm not sure if the painting name or anything matters much here, but if anyone can find which painting it is there may be more clues in it?

i believe adobe audition does reverse.. im not 100% sure on that. I don't have it either.

Maybe the Red dots where added after the painting. Maybe blood spatter or something. But i dont know.

The text that is blacked out says "Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity" from Amos 5 "A Call to Repentance" In the King james bible.
