I believe it is the same footage from the Suspects Apprehended video. Its the video from the driving part.

it can't be because the suspects apprehended video did not focus on the strip like Level one does, the camera in suspects flies around a lot

It's not the same footage unless she changed the shape of the weird circle lens thing. In the LG15 video its more of an eye.
