my mum quit smoking and she started again and its really annoying because she is talking about how hard it is to stop and i had to give up somthing tht i realied on to survive cause i was so addicted but i managed it! when you give up something when you start again its stupid cause you think oh i can give up again i did it last time and you end out just carrying on
