I can just picture all of us walking around with our usernames on nametags, lol
*grins* How surreal would that be? I'd walk up to you saying "Hiya, sevenHarrysevenPotterseven!" *bounces* Gah, I want to meet you all!
Back in the day, during the BBS Get Togethers, everyone tended to call everyone else by handle because that's how we knew each other... And there are still people who call me by my first handle, "Hippie" (which I haven't used since I started using my current one 15 years ago), IRL, as well as others who call me "mute" IRL. It never fails to amuse me...

I use CherShayToute (and variations around "Shay") now, but when I first started working online, I was Modem.Mom.
I became ENGAGE Mom when I worked for the gaming company because...the "mom" persona helped when dealing with testoterone-charged teenage boys in games. (now, the idea has a different appeal <chuckle>)
Anyway, I still have friends from 20ish years back that call me Mom or "dot" Mom, or DottyMom...some of whom are older than I am!
Diane, or cher, or even chershaytoute, but "Hey, you!" works, too...

Hahahaha. People always call me Polka, but I guess a lot of people have started using my real name lately. I respond to both though. I've gotten so used to being referred to as Polka, though... I'm pretty sure that if I met you guys I'd call a lot of you by your online names. Just because I don't know any better.

That would be fantastic. *flashes her Missouri gang signs* ??
Hey, Indianapolis isn't that far away! Am I invited too? *big hopeful eyes*
Never met anyone from here in RL. I have my wish list though...

Oooh, now that's a roadtrip I could do

I say you guys compromise...... and only go halfway across the country and visit lovely ol' Indiana!
And you would only have to spring for a tiny hotel room with a little twin sized bed for him.... unless he plays nice

I promised Kira we'd come visit her at Chilli's. I said Friday, but thought we'd surprise her yesterday and come in for lunch. But she wasn't working . Oh well, we shall try again another day.

Yum! There are worst places to have to go repeatedly than Chilli's.
I think everyone should come to CT and hang out at the casino with me. Just throwing it out there.
