hmmm...I'm not sure if its Bree's dad, but it certainly seems like Mr. Zipp is someone on the inside. Or he at least has extensive knowledge of how the organization works.

yeah. I guess so. I'm not exactly sure what is going on, who Mr. Zipp is or who he is affiliated with. I don't know what "horrific results" could be.
