Bad news is... my thigh bone is grinding agains my kneecap and has worn it down to the bone. Also alot of swelling and a cyst in my knee that is just making the swelling worse but isnt a consern.

I'm going to have to do physical therupy to build up the muscles to help keep the knee from grinding. I have to keep icing it and taking anti-inflamitories to keep the swelling down.

No the doctor told me to stay home and put ice to try and get the swelling down more.
