According to my t.v, this episode is going to be called DOC, and is about Sun finding out about the whole "pregnant women die on the island" thing and asking Juliet (who is a ninja) to check her out.

I know that in island time it hasn't been that long since that particular revelation was revealed, but shouldn't Kate have like, told Sun right away? I mean, Desmond had no problem whatsoever telling Charlie he was gonna die, brotha.

Happy Losties Mirage! Supposedly Mikhail is supposed to be on the show tonight as well (even though he's dead!). By the way, I love your new signature - it's all so true!
We shall nonetheless move forward to carve a name for ourselves in the annals of bold insurgency and death-defying derring-do. Once I have a keen blade at my hip and the Jolly Roger is flapping high above me, I believe I will find my true calling.

DJ you're such a sweetie! :smt008 As I'm posting this I'm eating a fish taco and drinking a Tecate (found in some hole in the wall packy in RI by my BF's coworkers), so it's very appropriate. It's how I roll.

Ahh, Mikhail? How the hell did he survive the Electric Fence o' Doom? I've sworn to go NO SPOILERS for the rest of the season (Heroes too), but in my convuluted mind I've convinced myself that previews--USA and Canada--are still game. :D In any case, I'll be interested to see how the writers explain THAT one.

I'm still annoyed over the whole baby thing--I really think Juliet (who is a ninja) is not telling the whole truth. Not only does Kate jump Sawyer knowing this but Juliet (who is a ninja) slept with Goodwin (ewww). Yes yes I know birth control condoms rhythm method blah blah blah (I've tried 'em all, believe you me ;))...but stuff like that is far from 100% effective, excepting birth control, which means that Juliet (who is a ninja) would to have had what, a 3 year supply? (Doubtfully brought by her because she was told of an island stay for only a couple months) And same for Kate...unless it's all an IUD, which I would like to be told about, thank you very much, because it seems to be a gaping plot hole otherwise. Y'know?

Wow. Talk much?

That episode was...interesting. And the ending was...unexpected. It answered a lot of questions, but at the same time, managed to make everything ten times as confusing.

I know - that's crazy isn't it. I loved Hurley in this episode because he got all the great lines - "Ooops" and more importantly "What?". I agree that Juliet is a ninja - but I'm trying to decide on whether or not she's going to turn on Ben "I hate you" or do what she's supposed to (whatever it may be) in the hope she might still get off the island.

As for Mikhail and his whole things heal differently here - that sure didn't seem to help the US Marshall, Ethan, Goodwin etc. But as I said earlier - I'm loving this season!

Typical Lost, huh? :D

I was SO glad that he didn't do his typical "dude" instead of the "what". I might have thrown a bottle at the teevee.
I agree that Juliet is a ninja - but I'm trying to decide on whether or not she's going to turn on Ben "I hate you" or do what she's supposed to (whatever it may be) in the hope she might still get off the island.
Maybe that's what the writers are setting up for--a crisis of conscious where she still wants to get off the island but has grown to semi-care for the Losties...I don't know, I'm still holding off on the hope that Jack is still a brainwashed Other and that him AND Juliet (who is a ninja) are evil. It's an interesting arguement--what's better, to stay and help your friends on the island (who have "voted" you as the leader) or to leave the island and perhaps get help?

As for Mikhail and his whole things heal differently here - that sure didn't seem to help the US Marshall, Ethan, Goodwin etc. But as I said earlier - I'm loving this season!
My guess is that Mikhail and Locke are/were in cahoots. Perhaps the fence wasn't as deadly as was assumed and Locke was just providing Mikhail with a means of escape--remember, he said "Thank You" after the deed was done. I don't think that the island can bring people back to life--like you said, US Marshall, Ethan, Goodwin...hell lets throw in The Pilot, Boone, Shannon, Scott/Steve, Gary "Purgatory" Troup (the guy sucked into the engine in the first episode), the chick Ethan had murdered, Ana Lucia, Eko, Libby, blown-to-pieces Artz....the list goes on and on of dead folk. So yeah--the island is not powerful enough to bring people back from the pearly gates, but it can cure everything else--at least, faster? But that doesn't explain Ben. *sigh* I'm confused. :D

I'm very happy at the way this season turned out. There were more than a couple episodes that left me feeling VERY bitter, so it's nice to be proven wrong and have things work out so nicely.

I think we're setting up for a camp split here, with some Losties going on one side, and some on the other. I could definately see Saywer/Sayid vs. Jack. Which, if y'all allow me to go off into fanwank dream world, would BE AWESOME to see a big epic show down. Losties vs. Others. Jack vs. All Sane People. It would be fabulous. *crosses fingers*

I actually kind of like the idea of Jack being a villain. They have made him so unlikable as a good guy, but I can see maybe actually enjoying him as a bad guy.

Me too. It would be such a startling move and really quite awesome. Especially because the Losties seem to revere him as Saint Jack. It would be nice to have the wool pulled from their eyes (wool--Jack SHEPHARD--get it? :D).
