because..
her first video "Call Me Jules" is a response to the LG15 video "Losing My Religion" and her second video "He's a monster, I promise!!" is a response to the LG15 video "Spring Break Sucks"

so... Jules shouldn't be completely clueless?

Considering she's probably canon, her character doesn't know, and the creators are the ones posting the videos, you can't really draw conclusions from that.
