I just watched all the videos, No More is way more sad now. Which makes me wonder why they just didn't tell the guy to show kickback with his arm, wtf.

I know this probably seems like an odd question, but since Maddy and Adam are dead -- does that mean "we" failed? We lost the game?

well he actually did fire blanks... so Jeromy said. So he probably didn't have a kick back, someone who is really really good with guns and used to firing them, can hold pretty steady with something so small. (Which Jeromy said the guy was really really good with guns too).
