Dr. Seuss's Oh, Say Can You Say?
wiki only has this much info on it....
Oh Say Can You Say? is a 1979 children's book by Dr. Seuss. It is a book of 25 tongue-twisters. "Oh my brothers! Oh my sisters! These are Terrible Tongue Twisters!"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oh_Say_Can_You_Say%3F
that quote almost makes me think that's what Jeromy is telling us too lol terrible tongue twisters indeed
The reasoning behind the use of dr. seuss.... brain hurts...
here's a wiki regarding dr. seuss... i'm so tired I'm gunna read up on this tomorrow

Re: [PUZZLE] Dr. Seuss Pages
Someone pointed out that WarPylol is a member of Ipod Opera.giddeanx wrote:Dr. Seuss Page 3:
The binary on this page reads:
"empty box seats" - possibly a reference to important people that needed to hear Zipp's message.
The tabulature reads:
"NO AUDIENCE NO CURTAIN CALL" - indicating if no one hears Zipp's message no one gets to take a bow.
Two pictograms appear:
A tree and a house. The tree has a type of red fruit(probably apples) four on the tree and one on the ground next to the tree. It is nestled beside a 2 story house. The door is unfinished and there are two windows on the front of the house and 4 on the side. There is a little black shadow on the bottom right(our left) of the house next to a squiggle symbol like the one that appeared after the three eyed face on the second page.
A happy/crazy smiling face.
The last twister in the book
Twister:
“The storm starts
when the drops start dropping.
When the drops stop dropping
then the storm starts stopping.”
Apple Tree = Apple Ipod = Ipod
House + Singer = Opera House = Opera
I think this may be the solution to what this picture represents, though I'm not sure why Mr. Zipp would be presenting this information to Maddison via a drop.

Warpy "LOL" Laugh Out Loud would be the face that makes sense.
But where does that lead?
O did I mention that I thought the 4 apples two windows and 4 windows. Were an indication of a date 4/24.
Im so lost now jumping from topic to topic sorry to repeat.
Would this be a warning.
Ipod Opera WarPylol 4/24

But where does that lead?

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."

I think you just solved the 3rd page, congratz! It totally fits.. also
that last poem in the book on that page...
"The storm starts
when the drops start dropping.
When the drops stop dropping
then the storm starts stopping.”
basically signifying the end...
now that's a good question... was it a warning?
as we know, we directly influenced the storyline...the day after the Warpylol vid, Maddy and Adam went into hiding and decided to head to Adam's uncles where they met their fates...
Our initial reaction was to warn Maddy of the Warpylol vid and that's what triggered her scared and hiding vids and eventually to leaving...
What if, we never really warned her? or if we had gone about that part differently? more of a ''Don't be scared, but keep an eye out for this'' type warning?
would it have changed had Maddy actually waited at home for Warpylol? considering we solved this 3rd page before hand... but how would we have figured out the face to be warpylol's?
edit: why is this text soo big, I didn't change it...

Wow... Q, Giddean, & Lester... I agree. I think you closed the case on this drop puzzle. It is a warning as to who is after her and that time is nearly up.
After the Warpy video and then Maddy announcing that she was going on the run... we all just assumed that the tone of the story would change but that it wasn't over... that's why the "storm/drops" poem didn't make sense... to me, the storm shouldn't be stopping yet. But it did... almost immediately after the last drop, the story ended. Abruptly. If we had been able to get the other drops sooner and worked them faster, there may have been up to two additional drops... but when the deadline came, the drops stopped and the saga ended. It was an unheeded warning. Did anyone truly expect the story to simply end on 4/24? I thought that something big was going to happen to change the story, but deep down, I was just waiting for the next video. We were all truly shocked and surprised...

man, my post must have gotten some sort of coding error cause I swear I didn't resize it lol
4/24 could've been the ''judgement day''... not the end, but kind of like a ''your decisions in the past have matter and brought us down this path, but this decision will be the true definitive end to the story that we have helped written'' type of decision factor (lol sorry I really didn't know how to put it any other way)... the way we react and act would eventually decide which of the 2 paths would be taken.
so can we all agree that is the solution to drop 3?
if so we got 2 more suess pages to decipher

OMG ok I just had an ephiphany...
taken into account we figure:
the apple tree next to the house is ment to understand into IPOD Opera...
and that the face with the crazy laughing smile is ment to be Warpylol
I looked at the first suess puzzle again and was instantly reminded of Warpylol's 1st vid... omg... was like a 1/2 sec clip of someone coming around the back of a vehicle kind of like the way the stick figure is behind the car in the first DOODLE!!! argh!!! lol

Yeah... I'm board with you guys on this one. I think the sooner we come to a consenus on one of the drops, the easier it will be to solve the other two.

Hmmm.... I see the possible connection there, but I'm not quite convinced this is the definitive answer just yet. If so, there are a couple more details that have to be accounted for.LesterG wrote:I looked at the first suess puzzle again and was instantly reminded of Warpylol's 1st vid... omg... was like a 1/2 sec clip of someone coming around the back of a vehicle kind of like the way the stick figure is behind the car in the first DOODLE!!! argh!!! lol
-->The car is in motion; apparently speeding away.
-->It appears to be night time; the colors are dark and one head light is on.
-->The car has no side view mirrors.
-->The figure has no arms and only his/her legs and right foot.
-->Less obvious, but the vehicle appears to be a Jeep Cherokee (or possibly a new Commander). I say this because it has (1) Round Headlights (2) a large, flat, vertically slatted front grill (3) It has a very boxy frame and front end
Also, if you are right about the third Seuss drawing, the "doodles" correlated with the page's text and Binary code.... so the "doodles" on the first drop should correlate with something related to fish, freshness, sailing, a diner, etc.... now if we could only make out the Binary...
Is it possible to get a higher quality scan of this picture? Perhaps run it through some sort of filtering software to make the binary stand out? To the guys who have seen it in person: Is it any easier to make out on the phsycial paper than on the computer screen?

now I'm still using the suess pages as a way tie in with the Ipod Opera (OpAphid) and using that and looking at the 2nd suess puzzle,
the face with the 2 right eyes circled is very reminiscent of the first Opaphid Videos where it would focus on the model's eyes
http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=OpAphid
now this might be stretching it... but could the red haired stick figure on the right page be the cassie depicted in Op's Vids?
if these are true, then I could understand why some might think not to pay too much attention to the doodles, because then we could look unbelievably close into this and be steered into thinking this is an opaphid storyline, but it's not!... the only member appearantly involved was warpylol...

A NEW LEAD!!
Okay guys... think I have something here... check this out... I wanted to see if there were any major musical productions occuring on the day before or of the days that the drops were planted... so through some searching, I found out that there was a concert at Boston College (location of drop #3) that took place on April 21 (the day before the third note was found)... look at the listing:
University Chorale of Boston College, John Finney, conductor.
Beethoven Mass in C
Trinity Chapel, Newton Campus
Sponsor: University Chorale
Admission: $10, $5 with BC ID
chorale@bc.edu
617-552-2306
Saturday, April 21, 8-10pm.

Hmmm... John Finney.... perhaps of Finney's fresh fish fame?
I have a couple mroe promising leads to work on but I need to get a little sleep before work... hmmm more tomorrow!
