confused about the Fan-Fic section

Is there a difference about where to put LG-Fan-Fic, and other video's (like personal blogs)?
Can both be put in New Realeses?

Yes!

Any video you make that is related to LG-15 goes under "New Releases." FanFic is where you can also discuss other videos, etc.
"The Lobby" is where you can post your personal vlog or videos unrelated to LG-15.
